Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Malibu Luxxe ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Approved returns are subject to a $15 flat-rate return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.
Are any items non-returnable?
Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Custom or personalized products cannot be returned. Pillowcases and slippers cannot be returned after they have been removed from their original packaging.
How do I start a return?

Which products include gift presentation?
Fringe Throws, Pom Pom Throws, Cover-Ups, Baby Blankets, and Silk Pillowcases arrive in a gift box. Feather Yarn Blankets are presented with a ribbon.
